Matchday Preview: Vancouver Whitecaps – The Last Stand
First off, I need to start with a correction. In Monday’s post, I said that San Diego FC can’t be mathematically eliminated until Saturday. That is not true, as I read elimination scenarios from the official MLS website on Tuesday morning. The scenarios are as follows: San Diego FC will be eliminated if San Diego…

San Diego FC Come From Behind to Draw Sounders
It was Fan Appreciation Night at Snapdragon Stadium as San Diego FC took on the Seattle Sounders on Saturday night. No matter the promos and giveaways San Diego FC were going to do on this night, the only way SDFC fans would feel appreciated is with a win. San Diego badly needed a win with…

Matchday Preview: A Showdown with the Sounders
For the remaining part of the schedule, these are all must-win matches for San Diego FC. Next up on Saturday night are the Seattle Sounders. The Sounders come into this match with an 11-9-10 record, which is 42 points, and are currently in 7th place in the Western Conference. It’s been a crazy rollercoaster of…

Unbeaten Streak Continues Against LA
San Diego FC went up to Carson on Saturday night to face off against the LA Galaxy. It was a crucial match for both teams, as the Galaxy wanted to climb out of the play-in seeds on the table, and San Diego needed a win to keep their playoff hopes alive. This matchup was their…

SDFC Draw Dynamo at Home, LA Galaxy Next
Look, I do not want to talk about another six-goal match in detail. It is pretty ridiculous to talk about another match where San Diego scores three goals in a match and it ends up in a draw. SDFC should be winning these kinds of matches, or any team should be winning matches with three…

Matchday Preview: Houston Dynamo at Snapdragon
San Diego has a midweek match against the Houston Dynamo. Dynamo are in 5th place in the Western Conference with a 13-5-9 record and 44 points. This would be San Diego’s first home match since September 13th against the Philadelphia Union. With a pretty healthy home record of 6-3-5 and 13 points, San Diego is…

SDFC Pummeled by Red Bulls
Not going to sugarcoat anything, Saturday afternoon’s performance was absolutely horrific, as SDFC have hit a new low. San Diego came to that match flatter than a slice of New York style pizza, while the New York Red Bulls were soaring for a 4-1 victory at home. But everything is abysmal right now with fans…

Matchday Preview: New York Red Bulls
Saturday is the start of the final stretch of the season. The last seven matches for San Diego FC and every single one is crucial as SDFC tries to get into playoff position. San Diego needs wins and with 21 points possible, they will need as many points as they possibly can get. First off…

San Diego Spurs FC
If you’re a Tottenham fan, you might know what is coming. If you know nothing about Tottenham Hotspur, strap in because this might be a tough read. Tottenham is my Premier League team, and I love them. I might have joined the fandom at the peak of the Mauricio Pochettino era. Before I ever watched…
